Picture info program?

I have seen programs that can tell you a bunch of info about a picture such as the camera used to take it, the time it was taken, and many other detailed pieces of information. Can someone suggest me a program that does this?
 
It's called EXIF data and many photo editors, albums etc will give you this data. But if I open a JPEG that has been taken with my camera, then right click / properties / summary tab then advanced, it will show all the EXIF info your are asking about. XP does it for free.
