Picture information program?

Hey. I wonder if there's a program that tells me with what camera the picture was taken and what time and if you used flash or not when you took it?
i know there's a page, but i'd like to have a program so i don't have to go to that page every time.
 
windows has this built in. Right click the picture and go to properties. Then go to details tab and everything is listed on this screen.
