Picture not showing up on website

This always shows on a couple of websites. Is it a website problem or something wrong on my end?

What browser are you using? If Internet Explorer then try resetting defaults by opening IE, click on tools, internet option, click on the advanced tab, click on "restore advanced settings" button and click on "reset" button to reset IE back to defualt settings.

I'm using Google Chrome and it does the same thing in IE and Firefox.

Maybe a website issue. Can you give me a link to one and i'll check it on my end?
