Picture quality issues through hdmi GTX 460

Soo, i've had this rig for a long time now. recently updated my drivers, since i was without internet a while. While it runs games better, and WEI rating went up(woo) the picture quality is trash. I had this issue once before, when i first installed the card. I cannot remember how i fixed it however. The quality was perfect once i fixed it. PC stats are in my siggy. My tv is a vizio 32 inch led lcd. 1366x768 60hz refresh rate. I tried making a custom resolution, i thought it was how i fixed my problem last time, no luck though. Keeps telling me the resolution is already made, but the refresh rate is different on the list. :( Any help is super appreciated!
 
is it just pixilated, try some of the other resolutions, no need to make a custom, just right click on the desktop and there's a resolution option, and try one of the higher ones.
 
I have tried every resolution on the list. The proper resolution for my tv looks fine as long as i'm playing a game, and the text is readable. It's just not as sharp as it used to be. Maybe i'm just crazy :p
