please tell me how can i change the dimensions of the picture, with what software, how can i change the quality, i'm curious becouse i want to post the picture here but it's to large help please

adobe photshop can adjudst a pic by % or by a dimension. Im sure you can find other cheaper or free programs though. GIMP might have it.

You can use Micrtosoft Paint that came with your windows.
