Pictures not appearing...

I recently had to reinstall XP on my notebook. I am not sure I got all the drivers from the CD loaded. I can't seem to pull up pictures on certain pages. It will let me watch movies on it and pull up videos from web pages. Any ideas? Thanks.

not sure about your question but if you having problems in Internet Explorer try doing a reset defaults,go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Restore Defaults
click OK,

Also, if you only cant view the pictures on websites, and all you get is the box with a red X, try right clicking on the box and click on "Show Picture" If it still dosent come up, try reinstalling your browser. Check that you have the latest driver for your video card and mother board also.

Try configuring the activex control. Also you may need to check your browser options, they may not allow the displaying of images and movies from third party sites;
