So, what really is ping? How can I lower my ping even more? What does it matter if your ping is high or low?
 
its a way of determining if an IP is accesible, a packet of info is sent to the ip and a reply is waited for, longer it takes the worse it is really. its name derives from the idea of a sonar "ping" that you here from submarines and the like

I assume you mean your ping in a game, your ping ina game is the amount of time it takes for you to connect to the server and visa versa, To lower your ping you must have a fast internet connection, along with having a computer virus/spyware and adware free. Also do not download other files or leave other aplications running that use the internet.

I didnt read any replies so if any1 sed this alredy...sorry. Ping is latency, meaning the time it takes a packet (data) to go back and forth between yourself and the server u r connecting to. Therefore lower the ping, faster the performance. :-)

Is it on ALL servers? What kind of internet conection do you have? and what speed is it? what kind of wireless internet do you have? Do they come in spikes or constent lag?
 
Im not getting lag just high ping..I don't know I just play in one server pretty much..It's wireless internet..speed I get while DL'ing are ok. Most top speed is 300kb/s.
