Pinging computer problem

I WHen I go to Ping my wired computer I wireless couldnt ping my wired computer so What Do i have to do to get my computer to read each other and become a wireless LAN. Im using Linksys router by the way
 
check your ip settings make sure your ip's match all except the last number and make sure the subnet mask is the same.
If you are running auto obtain on your ip addresses then it should work and all of that stuff is done automatically. More information on your configuration would be good.
