pioneer 110d problem burning dvd

Hi, I just bought a pioneer 110d. when using nero to copy a dvd, it gets right up to the lead-out then says "could not perform end of disk at once" and fails. I just upgraded firmware to 1.17. It works fine with data, and also movies to a dvd-rw work fine. Could this be a disk compatability issue?
P L E A S E H E L P !!! !!! !!!

Could be the DVD you are trying to copy is Copy Protected. It could also just be the writer doent like the DVDs. Try another one by a different manufacturer.
