Playin XP games with Vista

Most all XP compatible games will be compatible with Vista, however, they will run slower because Vista is a resource hog :P
 
Well AV and firewall programs won't work, but there are alot of games and apps that do work.
 
Norton does not work until 2k7 and above on vista they are not shy to admit it they did not write any exceptions in the code so its only for xp and below but most programs will offer newer versions to fit the new os
 
It's funny, to play Age of Empires I expansion, there is a glitch on XP Pro, but on Vista, it runs perfectly fine :)
 
That makes me wonder if the beta releases will be better than the final release. Who knows with Microsoft.

thats because Microsoft wasn't releasing the key to the kernel code for the coders of the AV and firewalls. Just this October Microsoft finally gave them the key to the code

I wasnt asking why they don't work, I was simply saying they dont :rolleyes:

Besides, why would an AV company want to make an AV program to work with Vista just for the betas?
