I have recentlly bought a sharp 20 inch lcd (LC20B6E) tv with pc input. it works great with the pc but as soon as i load up a game it goes blank and says check pc input. the games worked fine with my old monitor so that is fine. 
i have fiddled with resolutions but to no effect. when i tested the drect draw and direct 3d by going to run and typing DXDIAG it worked in a small window but when it tried full screen it went blank with the same error message.
any suggestions would be welcome
