Playstation3 YLOD repair and Silicon termal Compound Past

Hi guys: have here an Old Play station3 that when powering up it goes green for a second and the fan also turns on for a second then shuts off with red led blinking,

i have it dissembled so i want to try to do the YLOD repair,


i only have AK-100 Silicone paste can i use it for this or should i buy other type?
