Please Connect Boot Drive. Help

Hi, Basically i purchased a new hard drive for a new PC i have built because the other was getting on, so i installed windows onto the new hard drive, but kept the other as storage still with windows installed, now i unplugged the old one and im getting a message in the bio asking me connect a boot device when the new hard drive has windows installed any ideas?, this is Windows 7

Sounds like the boot files are on the other drive, bet you had both hooked up when you installed. Unhook the old drive. Boot to the 7 disk. Pick repair your computer. Pick start up repair. Or pick command prompt. Type bootrec.exe /FixMbr. If that doesnt work try bootrec.exe /FixBoot.
