Please help a computer idiot

Hi, hope someone can help.

I have a Dell laptop which I recently ran the preinstalled software to restore the computer after having some issues. I backed everything up, but yes stupidly, I missed some of the documents I needed off. Is there any way at all any sopftware I can used to get these word docs back.

If you restored the machine back to factory condition, then the hard drive was reformatted and and everything is gone.

Use Pareto logic data recovery to recover as much as data as possible.Not everything is lost.Not even close.Unless if you used the GUTMAN method to erase the HDD which I am pretty sure you didn't
