Please Help ASPA

i have a netbook. it is an Eee pc. And it gets stuck in a boot loop where it will not display the bios screen and it just shows the blinking cursor and is stuck and will continue to power cycle. once all power is removed from it then u hook it back up it boots fine. possible solutions???

when you boot it up if you hit F8 as it is in pre boot there should be a repair option try that might find somthing

Try removing the battery and restart, does it hang? A lot of computers have a problem if the battery will not take a charge.
