Please help, auto statup issue

hi, i have this really annoying problem with my PC, it will randomly startup even though its off. I did some tests and found out that the auto startup occurs if i plug the power plug in the back. But the major problem is that it autostarts when i connect the network plug into my router, or if the router resets, this can be extremely annoying at night. Is there anyway i can stop this auto start from happening?
