PLease help can't open xp session...

Help...
I accidently removed my admin account's workgroup/network thing (start,right click my computer, computer name, and then workgroup) and now I can't open an xp session anymore....what can I do?? I don't have another admin account...
PLease help!!!

btw i know waht the workgroup is called educ.college-montreal.qc.ca but i dont know how i can get it back!!!

Windows XP has an Admin account which can ONLY be used in safe mode

So start up your computer in safe mode (hold f8 before windows screen)
then it should goto the login screen with an account Administrator
login
then it will act like a normal account with Admin privileges.
then right click my computer click tab Computer Name and change workgroup
