Please help computer black screen

Please help computer black screen when i turn on computer.. it black screen.
It happen yestarday i was doing something and i forgot plug back the cpu power wire and turn on the computer. after i plug it back and turn on the computer is black screeen the cpu fan is not working so i wonder if it the cpu and mb a broke

Replace it temporary with another monitor, if it works now then you know that it is the other monitor not working. If its still not working try another power cable and/or VGA/DVI cable.
