Please Help.....continous Reboot.....

Just 10mins ago I was able to get on my computer and everything worked fine. I installed software for wireless internet. Now when I turn on my computer the "Dell" screen comes on, everything goes smooth, then it reboots itself and goes through the how process again, and again, and again. I can not get into safe mode either.......PLEASE let me know:confused: :confused: :( :mad:

I currently had that problem everytime I would install the new product key for Kaspersky, I would get a blue screen and it would reboot itself right before the welcome screen. Using the repair feature did not work for me so you probably need to reformate.
 
Do you mean (by pressing F2) in Start-up? Yes tried that. I finally was able to get into the screen where u can start up in safe mode....I tried safe mode and still the samething happened.

Is there anything else I can do? I dont have a floppy drive......is there a program out there that can run as soon as the computer starts to boot??
