Please help, driver problem? Really have no idea.

When browsing websites with videos I have a problem..

When playing both together in seperate windows they both merge together and flicker.

But seperately they play fine.

This happens in both ie and firefox.

Anyone got any ideas on how i can fix this?

The flickering seems to be a "feature" of windows. Not sure what the merging means.
