please help I cannot view microsoft websites

If you are having so much trouble with Norton, why don't you turn off their firewall and use Comodo. Its free and never gives me a headache. Good Luck!
 
Ya i found Norton to be a pain too. I dunno why that would be such a problem, but i would definatly look into some other virus programs/firewalls. You can probly find some good free ones on this forum in the computer security section. :)
 
Norton has been giving me a ton of issues lately. It did the same for me worked well for over a year and then all of the sudden it started having problems. It wouldn't let me shutdown my pc, I have to disable it to run itunes, Acrobat reader still has problems with it....

Needless to say, I'll never use it again.
 
Great to hear that!

That is one of the reasons I don't like Norton. It decides what it wants you to see or not. I used Norton for years and had to replace 3 infected Hard Drives.

I have been using Comodo Firewall, AVG AntiVirus, and AVG Free. I also use Spyware Terminator and CCleaner. I haven't had any problems at all. And the best part - its all free! :)
