Please help, Internet Information Service(IIs) Error !

Hello,

I'm setting up a web sever on my desktop computer, running on Vista 32-bits Ultimate. The problem is that everytime I selected the Internet Information Service (IIs) add on features the computer would compute my request as normal. After a minute or so, it returns an error message (see below).
Is this message indicates that there is a problem with my Vista? If so, how do I repair my Vista without a clean installation? There are many programs currently installed on this computer. I don't want to install all the programs again, beside it may not solve my problem.

i've never setup IIS with vista, but you can use software such as BFTP, Filezilla or Xlight.
honestly i haven't even ever used the above except BFTP, yes even though it doesn't say its vista capable, it works (at least on mine did)
