if i format my computer, will it get rid of the viruses it may have?
please help me...idk if this will work

this kinda depends on what you mean by "computer". if you meant your hard drive, you can be sure that by formatting said hard drive EVERYTHING on that drive will be erased, including viruses

As long as you do a full format, not just a quick format, you should be fine. Though to be safe, I still prefer formatting infected drives under an OS such as Linux. The viruses shouldn't be able to infect the other machine/OS and you should be able to destroy most all the data on the drive.
