I currently have a 7300 GS. Games that I will be playing includes Barker's Jericho, Gears of War, Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, Bioshock, CC3 Ken's Wraith, and Crysis.

Looking for a card that can run pretty will on these games yet the prices will not make my wallet cry.... so about 200 dollars i guess

of those 2 get the 8800 GS, has a faster clock speed and more memory, although for games like the ones you have said you should probably increase your budget, i would get two cards and SLI them if you can, or if you cant get one with at least half a gig of memory, otherwise you better have a damn lot of RAM and a fast CPU

The GTS is faster and has a greater memory bandwidth. If you get the GS, make sure your motherboard will take a PCIe 2.0 card.
