I am presently using Windows Vista Basic 32-bit. When I try to open the video game "Flight Simulator X" I am getting the following error message:

"Living World Settings in LWcfg.xml are invalid. Please delete LWcfg.xml from your hidden user profile directory."

I have searched my hard drive looking for the "LWcfg.xml" file and I cannot presently find it. I even changed the settings so hidden files and folders would be displayed. Any ideas on where to look for this file?

Have you unhided the System Files too?
To do that go to the same place were
you unticked to show hiden files and folders and search
for "Hide protected operating system files (Recomended)"
and untick it.
After that click apply and ok.
Go to C:\Users\you_user_account\AppData\
and look for the file there.
Hope that helps

I finally came to a solution. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game. Problem is now solved. Thanks for attempting to help me.
