Please Help Urgent Need Free Partition Resizer!!

Hi,
I tried to make a partiton just for Windows while reinstalling widows. Now i cant find one program at all that lets you do anything with the size of th partition. All i want to do i bring the size ot my 10GB Patrition up the full capicty of my HDD (250GB)

Please help, i really need to get the size bigger!!
 
Partition Magic isn't free, but it's the only program I know of that will do that, maybe you can find a demo version or ahem cough cough a serial cough. Reinstalling Windows and adjusting your partition that way may also work
