you can only run one of those sticks at a time cos of their difference in size... lose the 128 and the 512 should be fine.
try not to start two threads that are the same at a time too :)

edit: just read the comment you left, sorry

i think thats it i got it under the mainboard tab in the program

yeah, i spotted the chipset info but i was looking specifically for a make and model of the motherboard you're using, anyway i'll see if i can find any information for you

thanks i appreciate it... i dont know much about comps ive changed ram/video cards before but i always just looked at the thing.. said pc133 and so did the kind i bought so i figured they'd work together ;\

i gotta go to work tho but ill try and get on every couple hours on my breaks and take a look at the forums

right, i found something that might explain why you cant get the 512 to work.
i looked here http://www.memoryx.net/pc6-11198.html, they offer memory that will work for specific chipsets and noticed that they only go up to 256 megs for the intel 810e chipset.
my best guess is that you board does not support the 512mb stick but will support several 256mb sticks

ah k cool... ill try that out, i get my stuff off newegg so itll be awhile before i get the refund for this 512 then the others shipped out, ill let ya know if it works one way or another
