Please help

For some reason mozilla firefox wont open but IE will. My roommate said something about setting up a proxy. And both my laptop and PC are not able to load firefox. Everything else seems to be working fine.

So if you can please try to help me I would be greatfull. Thanks.

You may have to download Thunderbird along with that to configure your ISP's assigned user name and password like you would Outlook Express. Once you have created the new account FireFox should log right on like IE does.
