Hey guys... We'll I reformatted my PC. Everything is running smooth, but now I have a problem. Everytime I format I cannot connect to the internet. In the past I have just downloaded my motherboard drivers and bamb, everything was working fine. But now I try to run the "Live Update" and everytime I go to search for drivers for the MOBO it says cannot connect. I have a VIA KT880 MSI MOBO. I tried downloading the drivers from a working pc w/ internet onto a cd, and installing them on my current PC. I have also tried setting up the internet connection (Using Iexp.) but it says it should already be installed. I really need help w/ this one guys. Can anyone give me a direct link of a driver that may be able to help me out. I do know that I can connect to the internet because I have been on it w/ this CPU (Today infact). Please help me anyone!!!

Thanks for continued support!!

You may want to keep this in your favorites! http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=600 Once there all you have to do is click on the driver link to end up here on the download page seen at http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_detail.php?UID=600&kind=1

Once you have the update downloaded simply unpack it into a folder and right click on the device manager listing and browse to that folder. That should see Windows copy and install them right away. You may have to restart the system to see them made active.

If you were downloading direct to the system involved you would simply open up the zip file the drivers come into a folder and then browse to them when going into the device manager to right click on the hardware item and choosing the update driver option there. Since you are burning the update to a cd hopefully already unpacked unless you have WinZip or another tool to unpack them you would browse directly to the disk itself. Once you have the correct driver highlighted and click ok Windows will or should copy them and install them right away. But you have to verify you download the correct ones to see that work.
