Please recommend me a video card

if you have 300 bucks to spend, you have it made. take a look at my system specs. my x1900aiw can pretty much max out battlefield 2. look at getting at least an ati x1900XT/XTX or a nvidia 7900. just check out www.newegg.com they have great deals for video cards.
 
oops... I also forgot to mention it needs the blue, 15 pin VGA thing... can someone please give me a link to something I don't know what I'm looking at xD

Sorry for the triple post, I couldn't figure out how to delete my previous ones.

And now, I have somewhat of a better idea as to what I'm looking for. I basically want a card that can get me really good graphics in BF2 and WarRock... I need a PCI-e (x16) card recommendation, and my monitor (HP vs17 17" LCD) only has the blue, 15-pin VGA adapter. I'm not really concerned about nVidia vs. ATi, I just want a reliable card that isn't loud, doesn't require >200w to supply w/power, and will, overall, increase the performance of my machine (I have a gig of ram, a 3400+, 1.99GHz sempron processor and I'm pretty sure my cruddy onboard x200 is the source of my computer's slowness).

I'm also wondering, is it worth the extra cash to go for an aiw card? Or does it just hog up power...

I'm currently looking at the eVGA 7600GT 256MB GDDR3... any experience with it?
