Please suggest a wlan pci card

I have a desktop with win 7 ult x86 sp1 on intel core2duo 2.33 GHz processor with 3 gb ram. SMPS with 200w. My desktop is an assembled one here in India. I want to buy a WLAN PCI card that
1. supports to & fro file transfer between desktop and 'a laptop with wifi' .
2. Shares internet connection from a wi-fi router.

i already have Netgear WNA110 usb wi-fi dongle. Will it fulfill my requirement or should i buy a wlan pci card

I would buy as pci wireless card as usb adapters tend to be buggy and if you are a good distance away from the router then you might have signal problems.
