The Tech Report is a good daily reader - takes a few minutes - of new technology that's coming out - or current stories.

Tom's Hardware is another site I like. They have some great Articles - searchable by component - and GPU buying guide updated every month - along with lots of good information of Benchmarks to compare components performance in games or other productivity suites. Surf around there if you want to get up to speed.
