Well i found that my CPU usage goes up 100% and stays there when i click on any of the files that i recorded.
The Only way of dropping the usage level is to exit explorer and get into it again

WHAT DO I DO TO FIX THIS ANNOYING PROBLEM?

Select "Use Windows classic folders" in Tools / Folder options. Thus explorer will no longer display a preview of that file.
