Pls help a guy find his dad an Xmas card. (video)

Hi guys, trying to find my dad a video card for his dell
specs are :
Dell inspiron 518 w integrated x3100 media accellerator (vista) and im gna try to attach a pic of the label on the power supply. Im not looking for anything crazy, he just wants to play some submarine games and such. I guess Id like the opinion if I should get the best card this power supply can support or upgrade both, thanks alot for your advice, links to cards that would work would help greatly, im crazy busy and am not very good at researching this kind of stuff. power supply says 100-120v -/9a, 200-240v -/4.5a,47hz,63hz
output 12v- 18a 3.3v/17a
max power 5v/22a 5vaux/2a
300w -12v/.08a
5v and 3.3 v total power output cant exceed 160w

Any clue? Its getting close to the time id haveta order it to make it in time for xmas

My power supply knowledge is admittedly pretty limited, but I can tell you right now you aren't going to be able to run much of anything on a 300w dell psu. maybe a more educated matter can help you find a low energy consuming card, but I'm not sure it'd be practical.
