I don't know if it would be a motherboard problem, However When I plug in a USB device, Windows will recognize it but wont install the drivers. And I can ever have the Driver CD and use that and it still wont install the drivers. The thing is some work and some dont. For instance my mouse and keyboard are via USB and work fine.

Any solutions, besides reformatting and installing windows XP?
 
Format and reinstalling is pretty drastic. Is it just certain devices that do it or is it certain USB ports?
 
Well I have seven, And all but one seems to work, Only tho for my mouse and keyboard, If I plug anything else in it, Well it wouldn't install drivers either.
