Hey guys, a quick question for you all. My brother owns a Dell Inspiring 1545 laptop that he purchased in 2009. Lately, when he plugs it in the battery icon in the tray says "plugged in, not charging". He is running Vista and from what I know it sounds like it is a problem with Windows and not a mechanical problem.
Does anyone have any advice on the matter? I have little experience diagnosing laptop issues and any help would be greatly appreciated.
