Plz Help me A8N-SLI Premium or K8N Neo4 Platinum

I am new here and I need advice. I will buy my new computer soon (in 1 or 2 days) and I am hesitating between these 2 motherboard.

My computer specs will be:

AMD Ahtlon 64 4000 2.40ghz 1mb cahce Core Sandiego

Asus EN67800GTX Geforce 7800 ULTRA 256MB DDR3

Motherboard (A8N-SLI Premium or K8N Neo4 Platinum)

2GB TWIN-X (2 X 1024MB) PC3200 400MHZ CORSAIR

2 X SEAGATE BARRACUDA 80GB 7200RPM SATA 8MB NCQ

THERMALTAKE VA7800WA BLACK

THERMALTAKE POWER SUPPLY SILENT PURE POWER 560W ACTIVE PFC

Thermaltake power supply silent pure power 560w active PFC

a fancy PSU like that and only 22a on the 12v line... you can do much better (for less too)... have a look at the PSU 101.

MSI K8N Neo4 ... better OCer and proper hardware audio win it over for me

Thank you but can anyone else help me ? Do you know wich 1 will give best performance in game? Do you know if it is silent because I am trying to make my computer a bit more silent because it is in my bedroom and sometime I would like to let it download during night but I can't sleep. And I will not use surround ... I only have 2 speaker with 1 sub so Do I need 7.1 surround sound... don't know.

I build custm computers and have just completed research on both motherboards. I have found little in the way of performance differences but have found a considerable difference in board quality. The Asus seems to have substantialy more problems. try searching through the Asus forum and the MSI forum to see what kind of problems people are having.
Also keep in mind that I am not an Asus fan and I love MSI products. I have had more problems with Asus especially compatibility issues with memorty.
