sometimes my computer is restarting without pressing nothing i am like opeing a program or leaving it to download something and its restart without doing nothing to it plz help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if the guys who help here cant help me just write u cant help me dont leave me to wait u plz HELP ME!!!!

ehh might be A power supply problema, on my old system, i used to also have a setting in my bios on where if the CPU temp got above 55c then it would restart... i have no idea if thats anything wrong in ur spot but it is possible

Yeah, if your power supply is not providing enough power to your devices, it should just automatically shut off, or restart or something like that...

check in bios what your cpu temp is and what the cpu shutdown temp is set at

I had this problem problem before

You have two choices, its the psu, as they said before, or you screw up the BIOS. If you didnt overclock anything, you didnt put any new hardware, etc. There's a good chance its the psu that is getting old or is being overused by draining periphericals (like a new video card)

This is what I read, me my problem was that I had crappy Ram

Conclusion: Try loading BIOS defaults
BTW, to chek if your psu is ok, get a lil program, like speedfan or anything like this (or even maybe in the BIOS) to chek if u voltages are correct. The real value should not be over more than 10% and not below 25% of the nominal value
