pop up from any random place

Take a look at this, just a random popup I was on youtubes site 5 minutes before but no longer had the page up? How do I stop this where are they coming from? I already scanned with SpyBot I will try adaware now. I think windows is accessing the internet.

EDIT: I just had another one that said thanks for visiting imageshack, because that is where this image is hosted from and I was on their website, the popup said take this servery to win $50 with a present and a red bow tie around it.

I think this is on my computer but spybot didnt find it, it showed up on the bottom of firefox where it shows the page loading.
