POP UP. Please help me ):

Hello. well since i downloaded this song, or movie..which has the word pornogratherapy in...i have had a pop up which comes up everytime i turn my pc on once logged in...its just a med sized box saying "get bla bla bla porn here" and it wont go away, ive tried nearly everthing ): and it also puts am icon on my program list...and on my deskop.
who ever can help me id be VERY grateful!!!

It sounds more like spyware than a popup to me, as you say it puts icons on your desktop, try reading and following the instructions on bytemans buide here http://computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=14397 also try downloading firefox, that usually stops popups/spyware or whatever it is from being downloaded onto your computer in the first place, the link for it is in my sig :D
