With that stuff on there it's an open invitation. You will probably have to run a few removers to locate anything else hidden on the drive. AdAware, AVG, Ewido is already on there. That's good since it gets the crap AdAware misses and AdAware gets what Ewido misses. Avast didn't do so great here while some feel that's another to try. Antivir is another one to add.

There are a few infections present.

First, go to ADD/REMOVE Programs and uninstall 'X Password Generator' if present.

Proceed to C/Program Files and delete the above folder if present.

Also, go to 'Control Panel/folder options/view' and check 'show hidden files and folders'.While there, UNCHECK 'hide protected operating system files(recommended)'. Click Apply and Okay.

Download ATF-Cleaner to your desktop from this link
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/ You will need it later in safe mode.

Update Ewido and make sure of the following settings.

Select the "Scanner" icon at the top of the screen, then select the "Settings" tab.
Once in the Settings screen click on "Recommended actions" and then select "Quarantine".
Under "Reports"

Select "Automatically generate report after every scan"
Un-Select "Only if threats were found"

Very Important:
Make sure all security programs- including Ewido Guard are DISABLED until they are needed. They will interfere with the cleaning process.

Follow the instructions here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=88420 Save the scan log.

Once completed, reboot into safemode.

From safemode, run HijackThis and put a check by the following entries if still present, close all open windows and browsers except HijackThis and click 'Fix Checked'

If MaAfee is definitely removed.
