Recently i change my Internet Connection from 3.5mb to 10 mb . I cant see any different in my connection . I heard this might because of the hardware firewall ? and something about port forward ? can someone explain more ? thank you

What are you using that you dont see any difference in? You wont notice a difference in the speed of browsing the web, and you wont notice an improvement in games. The only thing a faster connection is good for really is downloading large files quicker and faster.

Downlaoding of Files . At windows task manager > network . my Link Speed is 100mbs so for a 10mb connection it should be about to hit 10% at times . but now its never go over 3.5% and it hang around 1% - 2 % .

those are very good numbers. if you are getting slow speeds it is because whoever you are downloading from has a slow upload speed. if there an issue with the firewall or router blocking ports, it would not download at all, unless you were using some kind of packet shaper or bandwidth restriction program.

the main problem i guess should be the firewall inside the router . i did a port forward for bitcoment . i can download but slow . but the thing is tat why the connection at window manager network does not even go more then 3% ? . when it should ?

try downloading something really popular (of course not copyrighted) and see if it gets faster. keep in mind any torrent downloading program takes a while to ramp up to full speed.
