hey people does anyone out there know of a program that does a process called port forwarding what it does is prevents port snooping by routing all your trafic through one port, this prevents system administrators, isp's or anyone else from monitoring or blocked specific ports is anyone knows a program that does this just post it and that would be great thx in advanced ~D4n~

Like Trizoy said, port forwarding is the process of forwarding TCP or UDP ports from a router's WAN IP, through NAT, to reach a specific internal, or private, IP. It would be closer to the opposite of what you said it was. It opens, and forwards, ports that would typically be closed by a firewall.
What it sounds like you want is a proxy server, though if you explained with a little more detail on what you are trying to do, we could probably give better help.
