Port is Closed(Need Help)

Hello fist time posting here so here it goes,

I am trying to port forward. I have done it several months ago and when i went to do it again for some reason it is not working My external address is not similar at all to any of the addresses i see in ipconfig not sure if that is a problem or not. Any help would be appreciated i can post any images that may be required or i would love to hop on teamviewr if it would be faster again any help is much appreciated.
 
Home IP addresses are dynamic and change. You don't use your external IP to port forward anyway. You add the port you want to push, then add the IP address of the computer that needs that port open.
