As mrbagrat said, the Dell BIOS prevents any overclocking or tweaking ov frequencies or voltages. And the only possibility is using a Windows Based overclocking utility, but those very rarely work. With my old Dell, I found the right chipset, however when I tried to raise it even a couple Mhz, the computer crashed and restarted. So i'd say that the chances of overclocking it are extremely slim to none.tweaker said:Tools like this is your only chance.

He's referring to flashing the BIOS of your Dell with another manufacturers BIOS, however that can lead to major problems and could cause the motherboard to become unusable. I wouldnt recommend overclocking a Dell in the first place, since they use lower quality parts and generally dont have sufficient cooling for overclocked parts.jp198780 said:im not familiar with OCing, never done it before, whats flashing? and is it better 2 not OC a stock system?
jp198780 said:ok, well i upgrade my CPU now, from 667MHZ, 2 1GHZ, when you overclock, that OC's the CPU, and not the mobo right? or the other way around? the 1GHZ CPU came from a Gateway desktop.
