possible build?

Hello, my friend asked me to assemble him a desktop computer... i found something in the right range, i'm just wondering if all these parts go together....
MoBo : ASRock AM3+ AMD990FX
Case : - (not yet chosen)
CPU : AMD Athlon II X3 460 3.4Ghz
GPU : ASUS GTX650-DC-1GD5 1GB GDDR5
PSU : CORSAIR GS800
RAM : Valueram/8GB 1600MHz DDR3 DIMM x2
CD/DVD Drive : - (from old computer [i have no info about this]?)
HDD : WesternDigital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5 SATA
OS : - (maybe win7/8)

* the - are still unknown/not still chosen..
 
My friend gave some info about that I build my own gaming PC. Well, I'd like to give you that assembly that I've found while searching sites and you'll could tell me if any of these parts are compatible with each other.

CPU: AMD Radeon HD7480 3.4Ghz with FM2 socket or AND A-series A10 5800K BE FM2 3.8 Ghz
GPU: nVidia GTX650 with 1GB memory
HDD: WesternDigital Cavar Blue with 1.5 TB memory, spinning 7200 revs per minutes with SATA II plug in
Case: ATXm
CD/DVD drive: Not gonna use the old from current laptop, I'll buy Asus Blu Ray drive compatible wiht CD's and DVD's
OS: Win 7 Enterprise or Ultimate 64-bit, possibly Win 8 64-bit
RAM: Valueram/8GB 1600MHz DDR3 DIMM x2
MoBo:: AsRock with FM2 socket (only for AMD CPU's)
PSU: 500W FSp500-60APN 85+

Are you 2 the friends? Or does GT5fan need to start their own thread?

I'm actually friend with Heku so sometimes you'll get no clue what I'm talking about but if you Benny Boy could tell me is it possible to assemble a working computer out of those parts. Heku's only helping me to assemble it, I build it and Heku's telling where to put them, like where dows the CPU goes etc.

It's all compatible. But if you can:
Spend a little less on the mb and get the 970 chipset which runs 1 gpu just fine. 1 is all thats needed anyways.
Spend a lil more on the processor.
GTX 650 usually isn't optimal for the price range.
Fewer watts with better quality ps would be better.
If the cd/dvd is sata, it should be fine.

Please reply to Building my own computer in order to answer. My friend made this thread for that if he can answer me is that good assembly to make a computer.
