Possible Hardware Problem

Sory Guys But is the first time I'm entered your site...

Before about a month ago, I build a new tower piece by piece.
The hard drive and the DVD-Writer remained the same from the previous PC
while all the ather pieces was new.
After I build the tower and start, while
appeared to be normal suddenly starts before boot anything it restart.
To same was done 3 times and then opened normally.
The remaining months my pc normally opened and yesterday, after a
week did not open, start again to do the same.
Can anyone help me;

I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to explain. I'm guessing English isn't your first language, huh? It's all right, we'll get this sorted out. :)

By "start" and "open", are you talking about what happens when you turn the computer on?

I think you're saying that it tries to start up, but something happens to make it restart. Is that right?
 
When i put the button to "start up" my computer,the computer start normally for 2 seconds and then shut down.Automatically after 2-3 sec it start up again for 2 sec and shut down again.It happens twice and then start up normally without pushing the start button.After that computer works normally.
**(I have pushed start button only once in the beginning of the process).

Unplug all power, take out the battery, wait ~5 minutes, put battery back in and see if it works. This should clear all BIOS settings in case those are messed up and causing this.
 
Ah, yep, we're on the same page. :good:

Does it get to the point where it tries to load Windows before it powers off again? (I don't mean the screen with the Windows logo. I mean just before that, when the BIOS is handing control over to Windows)
 
When i push the button to start up,does not show me either the black screen of BIOS.I push the button to start up my computer and after 2 seconds turn down for about 3-4 sec and again for two times.Then it starts normally.
 
Two(2) seconds Opened then four(4) seconds down!
Two(2) times it take place...
Starts up normally!
