Possible Hotmail Spam

It's a scam. Hotmail will never ask you for your password in an email, they already know it. DO NOT reply to that email.

Forward that email to that address. You may want to write something small and ask to verify that its spam/abuse.. I can almost guarantee that it is. There are a lot of things like this going around.
 
I would just like to add, the chance Microsoft would have problems with "network congestion" to the point they would have to close down accounts is so minute that it is not worth mentioning.
I think if Microsoft had to close Hotmail accounts due to this it would make the news because Microsoft would be to poor to continue to upgrade their own network.
