possible overclocker?

hey guys i was wondering how much i should overclock my pc. here are the specs

AMD 64 2800 newcastle
all copper heatsink
5 system fans
FIC K8-800T mb
soon to get a good 350 watt ish psu
 
Download Everest home edition, and it tells you both actual and maximum speed of the processor.
Normally you can overclock more than that, but it's a safe bet...
 
Try to get it to 133% which would be 2.4 I think. I'm guessing you've read OC101. Mind telling us the specs of the heatsink and PSU?

well you "should" overclock it as much as you can and want to. do read the OC 101

if you can overclock more than that then why does it bother telling you the maximum speed? (which it cant tell you btw).
 
well i got the heatsink in china and its a coolermaster heatsink but all the stuffs in chinese. I took a took at it, its pretty darn heavy compared to my stock heatsink. It has dual heat pipelines, i think that's what it's called. and its using a 70mm fan. Looks pretty good. The psu i havn't got yet, im looking for something that's around 350-400 watt and is very reliable, budget around 50 bucks.
