possible overclocking a 1.7ghz P4

hi, im wondering if its possible to overclock this ancient cpu that i have. im going to be getting an AMD soon but in the meantime, i want to boost up my performance with the one that i have right now.

first off, is this a custom-built pc or one from dell, hp, sony, ect?

it is custom built

well i guess you can just do trial and error

go to bios, turn on agp/pci locks, and slowly up the fsb around 10mhz and constantly monitor your temperature and system stability. When it starts getting unstable up the vcore a bit.
